One of the most common myth is if you are slim, it indicates you are healthy and fit.
Fact:-Being lean and slim doesnot mean necessarily being fit. A person is fit when he exercises daily and maintains a healthy lifestyle. People who are overweight but exercise regularly are observed to be more healthy and free from diseases than a person who is lean and slim and doesnot exercice. Obesity and sedentary lifestyle both together predisposes the person to many diseases. It is possible that a person may be overweight but is an excellent athlete.SO KILOS OF WEIGHT DONOT MATTER MORE BUT SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE DOES.SO KEEP EXERCISING AND BE FIT
